Could you be the great assistant I’m seeking to work full-time and handle many of the pesky administrative details of running my growing Real Estate Business?
Busy Real Estate Team Leader buried with far too much to do needs very organized, detail-oriented assistant 40 hours weekly in the office.
I am the leader of a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales business in the area and I keep having to work late because I’ve just got too many things to do --- all the paperwork, new listings to be processed, prospects to be added to my data base, closings to be scheduled, incoming offers to be directed, a contact management system that must be kept up to the minute correct and other administrative details that go along with running a real estate business.
Hopefully YOU can help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these details!
Are you somebody who's wonderful at dealing with details… an unwavering, dedicated in the background type individual who consistently finishes and never misses a deadline… so useful your last boss considered recruiting two individuals to replace you after you left… realize how to utilize the MLS and read and compose buy and deal arrangements... a strong typist with good computer skills… a strong order of Agent Office or Top Producer type contact the board frameworks… comfortable in a small business environment where needs can change rapidly … a super-coordinated make it happen type individual who's not shy on the telephone with strangers?
If so, we should talk because you just might be the great assistant I’m looking for 40 hours a week (9:00 am till 5:00 pm , Monday through Fridays). The pay is negotiable and our office dress code is business casual. I don’t care if you haven’t even worked in a while and you don’t need a resume to apply.
